I will be so glad when all this election crap is over. As we enter the final stretches, things are getting nastier and nastier, coming mostly from the McCain camp. When I watch these interviews with the "man on the street" it is just depressing how uneducated and silly and ignorant people can be. It may really be true that a nation usually gets the kind of leaders it deserves.
Sarah Palin seems utterly devoid of any real intelligence. Her phoniness is obvious (I thought she sounded like Ed Flanders in drag) and yet, there is a large portion of the population that will vote her. Or is this in fact a vote against Obama? I just America has no slid so far as to put McCain and Palin in office.. hasnt this country suffered enough for the last 8 years?
