Guam is a Stable Island

Recently a Congressman Hank Johnson debated with a military commander about the feasibility of sending additional troop to the Pacific island. He seemed particularly interested in the dimensions of the island and spent a full minute trying to determine the exact size. The Democratic Representative from Georgia revealed his fear. He worried that sending more soldiers could cause the island to "tip over and sink into the sea."  The commander reassured the congressman that  reassured Johnson, "We don't anticipate that."

Later Johnson issued a statement, declaring that he was speaking of the environment and the damage that overpopulation would do. Check out the video for yourself and you decide.
