Ah, Janis. She was playing yesterday on Exen, the one remaining good foreign music station left after the government took took all of Doğan Grup's stuff. It occurred to me there's been no one like her before or since. I wonder what she's be like if she were still alive today? Do you think she'd still be able to sing? I kind of think not. Grace Slick can't sing anymore, not that she could hold a candle to Janis anyway...
